To reduce acidity and support healing, avoid spicy, greasy, sour, fermented, and overly hot foods. Favor soft, cooling meals such as basmati rice, steamed vegetables, mung dal, aloe vera juice, and coconut water. Include digestive herbs like fennel, coriander, and cumin.
