- Balances anger, irritation, and emotional heat
- Calms red, irritated skin and burning eyes
- Reduces excessive sweating and Pitta-related overheating
- Supports harmony in both body and mind during stress or heat
Praval Pishti (Coral): Natural cooling agent for internal heat, acid reflux, skin burning, and emotional agitation.
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): Nourishes tissues, balances female hormones, and soothes inflammatory conditions of the GI tract.
Shankh Bhasma (Purified Conch Shell): Alkaline mineral that balances digestive acids and relieves burning or sour sensations.
Guduchi Sattva (Tinospora cordifolia): Rejuvenative herb known for its detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and Pitta-balancing effects.
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): Carminative herb that relieves acidity, bloating, and intestinal heat while promoting digestive ease.

Avoid spicy, sour, fried, or oily foods. Emphasize cooling foods such as steamed greens, bitter vegetables, cucumbers, melons, and coconut. Drink room-temperature or cool herbal teas. Avoid stimulants and excessive sun exposure.
Special Note: This formula contains bhasmas—purified mineral preparations that are more costly and potent. Their traditional use requires precise formulation and slow processing to ensure safety and efficacy.
Note: These Ayurvedic formulas are more powerful than teas, tinctures, or single herbs. Many formulas include up to 50 synergistic herbs in one blend. Ayurvedic remedies are typically chosen based on doshic imbalances (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha), so please read carefully before purchasing.
For persistent Pitta-related symptoms or complex heat-related conditions, it is recommended to do a Zoom appointment with Khabir, who can recommend custom formulas and provide dietary support.
